About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Plan and coordinate community engagement programs for members through both online and on-ground initiatives in collaboration with national teams.
2. Design engagement strategies that promote learning, joy, and meaningful connections for senior members.
3. Network with experts, thought leaders, and practitioners to invite them for sessions and community interactions.
4. Anchor sessions confidently while ensuring warm and engaging communication with participants.
5. Build and manage long-term relationships with members and their families to enhance community engagement.
6. Handle daily outreach activities, follow-ups, and member communication processes.
7. Track participation metrics and feedback to improve overall program experiences continuously.
8. Collaborate with internal teams including care, operations, and communications for effective program execution.

Other requirements
1. Prior experience in community management, events, client servicing, or relationship management is an advantage.
2. Exposure to working with NGOs, eldercare, or social impact organisations is a plus.
3. Someone who enjoys networking and is comfortable reaching out to experts or external collaborators.
4. Organized and proactive, able to manage multiple programmes and relationships at the same time.
5. A natural anchor or host, comfortable facilitating conversations in a group setting.
