IHCL and oneworld Expand Loyalty Benefits for Members
Taj InnerCircle-NeuPass and oneworld Partnership Introduces New Travel Benefits
Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has announced a new partnership between its loyalty programme, Taj InnerCircle-NeuPass, and oneworld, the global airline alliance.
The collaboration aims to provide additional travel-related benefits to members across participating airlines and hotels.

He noted that as Taj continues to expand its international presence, collaborations such as this help the company engage with a broader global audience while offering a more seamless travel experience across different markets.
Under the agreement, Taj InnerCircle-NeuPass members will have access to benefits when participating on one of the oneworld airlines. This includes limited-period savings with Cathay Pacific until 30 September 2026, with further member offers expected to be introduced over time.
At the same time, oneworld loyalty members will be able to access savings on stays, dining and spa experiences across IHCL's portfolio. The participating brands include Taj, Claridges Collection, Brij, SeleQtions, Clarks, Gateway, Vivanta, Ginger, Tree of Life Hotels and amã Stays & Trails.
Ole OrvérOle Orvér, CEO of oneworld, said the partnership extends loyalty benefits beyond air travel and creates additional value for members across both networks. He added that the collaboration is intended to enhance how customers are recognised and rewarded throughout their journeys.
Reciprocal Loyalty Recognition
As part of the upcoming benefits, Taj InnerCircle Gold and Platinum members will be matched to oneworld Sapphire status, while Copper and Silver members will receive oneworld Ruby status.
Similarly, oneworld Emerald members will be matched to Taj InnerCircle Gold status, while Sapphire and Ruby members will be matched to Taj InnerCircle Silver status.
Later this year, IHCL and oneworld will also explore opportunities to introduce airline miles earning on hotel stays through selected oneworld partner airline programmes.
