Prana was founded in November 2017 by Dimple Jangda, a celebrity Ayurvedic Health Coach,
a Serial Entrepreneur, an Ex-Investment Banker and a TV Producer.
The vision of Prana is to make preventive healthcare life science through Ayurveda a global phenomenon and a household practice, by simplifying and demystifying the science and bridging the language, cultural and communication gap.
Ayurveda is a science that explains the potential energy, kinetic energy and effect of food on our mind, body and emotions.
For Dimple Jangda, discovering Ayurveda was nothing short of a miracle– something she just couldn’t be more grateful for.
With rich experience in a diverse set of fields, she eventually gravitated towards Ayurveda and went on to establish Prana Healthcare Centre.
Within 2 years of establishing as a one-of-its-kind Ayurvedic Clinic, Prana’s team of doctors and therapists have treated over 1900+ patients from 49+ countries and coached students in Ayurveda from 37 countries. “We haven’t looked back since we began and have been honoured and flattered to have business people like Keki Mistry, Asgar Patel, and celebrities like Juhi Chawla, Dev Patel, Anjali Tendulkar, and several others receive the wisdom of Ayurveda from our team!” Dimple adds.
"Ayurveda is a manual that nature provided for us to take care of our body" quotes Dimple.

Prana was started by Dimple Jangda in an attempt to bridge the gap between traditional
Ayurvedic science and modern research-based science.
Prana believes that good health comes from carefully balancing mental, physical and soul
processes.
Bearing its roots in over 5000-year-old Vedic texts, Ayurveda, the study of life/science of
nutrition is the world’s oldest health practice.
Ayurveda aims in targeting the disease at the root to completely eliminate it from the human system.
A healthy body is a foundation upon which a strong mind and a spirited soul grows. It is,
therefore, our duty to keep it free of diseases, aches and pains.
Every individual has a different body type and thus no two treatment processes can be the
same. The patient has to be treated in a multidimensional approach perfectly tailored to an individual's Prakruti, to eliminate the disease at its root as per Ayurvedic treatments.
Every individual who walks into Prana healthcare is given holistic care beginning with a detailed diagnosis of their body.
Naadi Pariksha (pulse reading) and Prakruti analysis. The Agni (metabolism) is determined which further aids in diagnosing the correct ailment.
A step by step treatment plan is designed and administered to the patient keeping in mind their lifestyle and health status.
Dimple Jangda’s endnote to the readers says:
Remember, our presence is barely 80-90 years on the planet. While it has existed for billions of years, we must not abuse nature – both within and outside the body.
This body is not just a gift but a duty for us to take care of so we can navigate through this world and enjoy the pleasures it has to offer.
