LTM issues offer to acquire Randstad's Technology & Consulting Services business
LTM and Randstad have announced that LTM has issued an offer to acquire Randstad's Technology and Consulting Services business in France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and Australia, representing $500+ million (€469M) in annual revenue, to scale domain-driven solutions and AI services in the region.
The proposed acquisition would expand LTM's presence in key markets, primarily across Aerospace & Defence, Automotive, Utilities and BFS.

Handbag brand Miraggio has opened its first standalone store at VR Mall in Chennai.
Initially built on a digital-first foundation, the company has now opened its first experiential store at one of Chennai's premier shopping destinations. The store has been designed as a physical expression of the brand and is curated to provide customers with a smooth, seamless experience.
Miraggio plans to open more than 10 stores across key metropolitan markets this financial year.
