The Mahagathbandhan alliance in Bihar released its election manifesto on Tuesday , calling it 'Bihar ka Tejashwi Pran'. In a show of strength, the INDIA bloc released the manifesto in the presence of INDIA bloc Chief Ministerial face Tejashwi Yadav, Pawan Khera, VIP Chief and Deputy Chief Ministerial face Mukesh Sahani, CPI (ML) (L) General Secretary Dipankar Bhattacharya and other leaders of the alliance. The manifesto makes several key promises, including the implementation of the Old Pension Scheme, urging the central government to raise the 50 per cent reservation cap and pledges 200 units of free electricity for households.
One of the biggest announcements is to provide one government job to a member of every family within 20 months. Tejashwi stated that these government jobs will be provided within 20 months, and a law will be enacted within 20 days to implement this.
