Milk - 2 liters
Curd - 125 grams
Sugar - 400 grams
Dry fruits - 2 tbsp (chopped)
Boil milk and 300 grams of sugar in a pan, stirring constantly on low flame.
Turn off the gas when the milk is half.
Now make a sugar syrup by stirring the remaining sugar in a separate pan on low heat.
- Add milk and curd to the prepared syrup and mix.
- Then cover it with a cloth and place it in a warm place to set the curd.
After freezing the curd, keep it in the refrigerator and cool it.
- Take your dessert is ready.
Remove it from the refrigerator and garnish with dry fruits and serve.
