The Alpha School of Rayat Bahra University successfully organised HR Conclave 2026 on the theme "The Future of Careers in an AI-Driven World," bringing together leading HR professionals and industry experts to engage with students on the evolving dynamics of careers shaped by Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies.

Director alpha school prof (Dr.) Pooja Sharma informed that the event was graced by Ms. Yamini Mehta, HR Head at Grazitti Interactive, as the Chief Guest. In her keynote address, she underscored the importance of adaptability, innovation, and continuous learning in today's highly competitive and technology-driven professional landscape.

She encouraged students to stay agile and continuously upgrade their skills to remain relevant in the era of rapid digital transformation.Chancellor Mr. Gurvinder Singh Bahra, in his address, highlighted the transformative impact of Artificial Intelligence on industries and emphasised the need for educational institutions to align their curriculum with future industry requirements.

Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Sanjay Kumar also shared his insights, noting that while AI is reshaping job roles, it is equally creating new opportunities for skilled professionals.The panel discussion featured eminent experts including Ms. Shikha Gupta, Head of Learning and Development at Grazitti Interactive; Mr. Jalaj Sharma, Associate Director at Watermark; Ms. Pooja Nayar, Chair IT Women and Founder of PRATHAM HR & Legal Solutions, and Mr. Om Kanoujia, Founder of AIar Solutions LLP.

The panellists shared valuable perspectives on emerging AI-driven job roles, industry-relevant specialisations, and the growing need to complement academic qualifications with hands-on experience. They also highlighted the increasing importance of Emotional Intelligence (EQ), ethical decision-making, and human-centric leadership in modern workplaces.
