Highlighting new academic initiatives alongside entrepreneurial learning, Vice-President of Rayat Bahra University, Jessika Duggal Bahra, introduced the Plus Program during a seminar titled "From Idea to Income" organized at Rayat Bahra International School for students of Classes IX to XII.
The seminar aimed to expose students to start-up culture and guide them on transforming ideas into viable income-generating ventures. The programme began with a ceremonial lamp lighting, followed by a green initiative where planters were presented to dignitaries.
Resource person Simmi Prakash conducted an engaging session, explaining key stages of entrepreneurship, including ideation, market research, planning, and execution. An interactive questionnaire round further encouraged student participation.
Adding a practical perspective, student entrepreneur Bhat Fayiq Mushtaq showcased his product Gig Bridge and shared his journey of developing a tech-based solution, inspiring the audience.Both speakers were felicitated for their contributions.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Director Principal Abhilasha Singh, who encouraged students to embrace innovation.
