The Ahmedabad Advertising Welfare Circle Association (AACA), as part of its 35-year Festival of Advertising, hosted the AACA Media AdVantage Talkshow 2026, bringing together leading media experts to decode "Understanding the Power of Media" across print, radio, television, outdoor and digital media.

The session focused on how each medium contributes uniquely while reinforcing the importance of integrated media strategies for business growth.

Basant Rathore from Jagran Prakashan highlighted print media's enduring strength in building credibility and long-term brand trust.

Yatish Mehrishi from Radio Mirchi emphasised the need for a balanced media mix in a fragmented ecosystem and cautioned against treating media as a checkbox exercise. Manoj Jagyasi (Bharat 24) noted that all media will coexist, provided they continue to evolve with changing consumption patterns.

Jayesh Yagnik (MOMS Outdoor) positioned Outdoor as a high-impact, innovation-driven medium, with DOOH enabling measurable ROI and hyper-local targeting.

Dr Kushal Sanghvi (Komerz UK) spoke about the rise of "Connected Commerce", where media touchpoints drive transactions through data-led, empathetic engagement.

The event was moderated by Dr Santosh Patra from MICA.

AACA President Manish Gandhi shared that the association, as part of its 35-year milestone, continues to drive industry-focused initiatives including seminars, workshops and masterclasses. AM
