The 21st edition of the career guidance book Karkirdi Na Umbare (What After Class 12?) was released on Sunday by senior Congress leaders.
The book has been published by Gujarat Congress media convener and spokesperson Dr Manish Doshi, who has been associated with the education sector for nearly three decades.
Available in both Gujarati and English, the publication provides comprehensive information on educational opportunities after Classes 10 and 12. It includes details of colleges, courses, scholarships, educational loans, seat availability, entrance examinations and emerging career options. The book was unvei-led by senior AICC General Secretary and Gujarat in-charge Mukul Wasnik, Gujarat Congress president Amit Chavda, Leader of Opposition in the Assembly Dr Tushar Chaudhary and Congress MP and former GPCC president Shaktisinh Gohil.
Dr Doshi said the book features information on more than 300 academic programmes across the Arts, Commerce and Science streams, along with details of over 40 entrance examinations, national institutions, scholarships, educational loans and future employment opportunities. He said students today have access to a wide range of educational options at both the state and national levels, making timely career guidance essential for informed decision-making.
