The Centre for Environment Education (CEE), in collaboration with the Gujarat Biodiversity Board (GBB), organised a workshop titled 'Biodiversity Connect: Dialogue, Learning and Action for PBR' that brought together biodiversity experts, academicians, government officials, NGOs and community representatives from across Gujarat to discuss conservation and strengthen the People's Biodiversity Register process.

More than 150 participants, including members of Technical Support Groups and NGOs, attended the event. Discussions highlighted the role of local ecological knowledge and community participation in biodiversity conservation.
