Actor Zendaya is heading into a packed year at the movies, even as she admits to a hint of concern about overexposure.

With multiple high-profile releases lined up through 2026, Zendaya said she is grateful for the support but hopes audiences do not tire of seeing her on screen so frequently.

"I just hope people don't get sick of me, and I really appreciate everyone who supports any of the movies (and) supports my career in any kind of way. I'm deeply appreciative," she said in an interview with Fandango.

She added that she plans to step back once the release run is over. "I just hope you guys don't get sick of me this year because I'll tell you what - I'm disappearing for a little bit. I'm going to have to go into hiding for just a little bit," she said.

Zendaya's next release, The Drama, directed by Kristoffer Borgli, is set to hit theatres this month. She stars as Emma Harwood, a bookstore clerk engaged to a British museum director, played by Robert Pattinson. Their relationship begins to unravel days before their wedding as hidden truths surface.

On television, Zendaya will return as Rue in the third season of Euphoria, which premieres later this month. Her slate also includes Spider-Man: Brand New Day, where she stars opposite Tom Holland, and Dune: Part Three, expected to release later in the year.

Zendaya will also appear in The Odyssey, directed by Christopher Nolan, slated for release in July.

If confirmed, she may also feature in Avengers: Doomsday, which is expected to release alongside Dune: Part Three in December.IANS
