Actor Malaika Arora recently spoke about her close friendship with veteran politician and former cricketer Navjot Singh Sidhu, revealing that the two share a strong bond that has deepened over the years.
Appearing on an episode of The Great Indian Kapil Show, Arora spoke about how meaningful friendships can still form later in life despite the challenges of busy schedules. "After a certain age, we say that we don't make many friends. In fact, we can't even make one because no one has time. But I have made a true friend in Sherry, literally," Arora said, referring to Sidhu by his nickname.
She added that the friendship is based on trust and mutual respect.
"The biggest thing is that my love for him is true love, where he cannot hurt my heart all my life," she said. Arora and Sidhu previously served on the judging panel of the talent reality show India's Got Talent, where their camaraderie and playful exchanges often became a highlight of the programme.Agencies
