The Vivo X100 Ultra, X100s, and X100s Pro are set to launch in China on May 13.

The X100s will have a 5,100mAh battery with 100W fast charging, a 100mAh increase from the X100.

The X100 Ultra will have a larger 5,500mAh battery and 80W fast charging, equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset.

The X100s Pro and Ultra will support 50W wireless charging, while the X100s will lack support.

The global release of these devices remains uncertain.
