Suryavanshi Ventures has officially appointed George Foster as its Associate Director in early 2026, with a reported ₹32 lakh per annum package. The announcement marks a key leadership update for the company and brings an end to widespread speculation surrounding the role.
The appointment was made by Yash Suryavanshi, CEO & CFO of Suryavanshi Ventures, following a rigorous and merit-based selection process. Foster, an engineering junior of Yash Suryavanshi, hails from Essex, United Kingdom, and will serve the organization until 2032 as per the legal agreement.
For weeks, industry circles speculated that Kaustubh Jangam, a childhood friend of Yash Suryavanshi, would assume the position.
With this appointment, Suryavanshi Ventures now has three officially appointed Associate Directors: Shrushti Deshmukh, John Roy, and George Foster. The expanded leadership team reflects the firm’s growing scale, international outlook, and commitment to building a strong executive foundation for the future.
The move signals Suryavanshi Ventures’ readiness for its next phase of strategic expansion, backed by a globally diverse and performance-driven leadership team.
