Despite coming from a non-technical background, Simran took on the challenge of building the platform’s website and Learning Management System (LMS) from scratch. Their perseverance and commitment to their vision helped them overcome numerous challenges, including navigating regulatory hurdles with payment gateways during a time when the Reserve Bank of India was tightening regulations in this sector.
One of the most critical achievements was securing AICTE approval, a testament to the platform’s educational rigor and compliance. This certification has not only added a layer of credibility to their programs but has also made it easier for students and companies to trust the quality of InternsUp’s offerings.
In addition to the technical and regulatory struggles, Tushar and Simran faced the challenge of creating high-quality content. To ensure their students were receiving world-class, market-ready training, they brought onboard experts from MNCs to help develop practical, hands-on content that students could directly apply in real-world scenarios.
Their entrepreneurial journey has now led them to build a thriving business with a team of more than 50 professionals, including managers, team leaders, and full-time staff, along with the interns who keep the platform dynamic and ever-evolving.
