Posting on social media platform X, he wrote, "I pay homage at the feet of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, the guardian of Indian pride and national honour, as I remember him."
Amit Shah recalled how Shivaji Maharaj established Hindavi Swaraj by uniting the people to protect religion, culture, and native traditions.
