Before formally dedicating the facility to the nation, PM Modi toured its modern control room, interacted with engineers and technical personnel, and reviewed the refinery's operational systems.

While addressing a public gathering, the Prime Minister said, "The gathering of such a large number of people in this scorching heat demonstrates the immense faith you have in the efforts of the BJP government. I am indebted to the soil of Rajasthan for this support."

PM Modi expressed gratitude to the people of Rajasthan and described the refinery as a significant addition to India's development journey.

"Today, from this very land of Rajasthan, India has taken a giant leap towards becoming a developed and self-reliant nation. This day bears witness to the fact that BJP governments do not merely lay foundation stones and leave projects unfinished; we work day and night to bring them to completion," PM Modi stated.

Recalling the fire incident that postponed the refinery's inauguration earlier this year, the Prime Minister applauded the engineers and workers for restoring the facility within a short span. He said their efforts demonstrated the determination and resilience that continue to drive India's development.

The Prime Minister noted that global conflicts, particularly in West Asia, had disrupted energy markets and created major challenges worldwide. He said India successfully navigated the crisis by managing its resources efficiently and reinforcing its energy security strategy.

Built with an investment of more than ₹79,000 crore, the Pachpadra refinery is expected to enhance India's refining and petrochemical capacity.
