Gautam Adani, Chairman of Adani Group, on Friday emphasised the Adani Group's commitment to Uttar Pradesh's growth during a meeting with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.

He highlighted the group's investments across multiple sectors, including power, defence, airports, logistics, industrial parks, and data centres, noting that these efforts aim to accelerate the state's economic transformation.

Taking to X, Gautam Adani posted, "Some visions reshape nations. Hearing Chief Minister @myogiadityanathlay out the roadmap for Viksit Uttar Pradesh was an unforgettable moment. A $1 trillion economy by 2030. $6 trillion by 2047. This is a declaration of what UP is capable of becoming."

"The Adani Group is proud to contribute to UP's transformation through investments in power, defense, airports, logistics, industrial parks, and data centers. We are here to help build that future," the post read.

Earlier, Gautam Adani visited Ayodhya with his family, offering prayers at the Shri Ram Temple and interacting with Shri Nishulk Gurukul Mahavidyalaya.

The visit, coinciding with Hanuman Jayanti, was described as a personal and spiritually significant moment, linking faith with the broader national narrative.

The Adani Group's investments have already contributed significantly to Uttar Pradesh's development. In 2022, it pledged Rs 70,000 crore at the 'Uttar Pradesh Investors Summit', creating around 30,000 jobs.

Additionally, the state Cabinet approved a 25-year power purchase agreement between Adani Power Limited and UPPCL for a 1,600 MW supply.

In August 2025, Adani Airports announced a Rs 10,000 crore plan to expand and modernise Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport in Lucknow.

Across the state, these initiatives reinforce the Adani Group's commitment to driving growth, creating employment, and supporting Uttar Pradesh's vision of becoming a $1 trillion economy by 2030.
