PM Modi To Launch Rs 7,823 Crore Projects In Hyderabad May 10

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate and lay foundation stones for development projects worth Rs 7,823 crore during his visit to Hyderabad on May 10.

Union Minister G Kishan Reddy confirmed the announcement on Thursday.

Reddy stated that this will mark PM Modi's first visit to Telangana after assuming office for a third term.

Following the launch of projects, the Prime Minister will address a public gathering at Parade Grounds in Secunderabad.

The initiatives include significant railway and highway developments.

Prime Minister Modi will virtually lay the foundation stone for national highway projects worth approximately Rs 3,175 crore in the Mahabubnagar region.

He will also inaugurate the third railway line between Kazipet and Vijayawada, built for Rs 1,243 crore.

The Prime Minister will inaugurate the Hafeezpet and Jogulamba railway stations.

Officials noted that railway projects worth Rs 85,000 crore remain under execution in Telangana.

Authorities have extended Multi-Modal Transport System services from Hyderabad to Yadagirigutta, improving regional connectivity.

The programme also includes the launch of a petroleum products terminal and progress updates on the Kakatiya Mega Textile Park.

Reddy stated that the Centre continues to prioritise Telangana's growth. He added that authorities will decide on the second phase of Hyderabad Metro Rail after reviewing the Detailed Project Report.

At the public meeting organised by the Bharatiya Janata Party, PM Modi will thank citizens for their electoral support and seek continued public confidence.
