Speaking at an event, Shah said Gita Rahasya is far more than a literary classic. He described it as a source of enduring wisdom that continues to inspire generations with its interpretation of the Bhagavad Gita.

Highlighting Tilak's contribution to India's freedom movement, Shah said the freedom fighter presented the teachings of the Gita as a call to fulfil one's duties with courage, discipline and selfless commitment. He added that Tilak's ideas remain relevant in today's world and continue to guide people in both public and personal life.

The Home Minister encouraged the younger generation to draw inspiration from Tilak's writings and embrace values that strengthen character, promote clarity of thought and contribute to nation-building.

Shah also said Gita Rahasya can help young readers develop confidence to face life's challenges and provide meaningful direction in both their personal and professional journeys.

Emphasising the importance of preserving India's intellectual and cultural heritage, Shah urged young people to engage with the works of great thinkers and freedom fighters whose ideas continue to shape the country's values and national consciousness.
