Upcoming Honda Bikes And Scooter India Launch Timeline Leaked? Here's What We Know

BikeDekho 1 week ago

Honda recently surprised enthusiasts by unveiling an exciting line-up for India, including the CB500, ADV160, XR 300L, XR 300 Rally, Rebel 300 and Rebel 500. The biggest announcement, however, was that all these motorcycles and the scooter will be manufactured in India, paving the way for much more competitive pricing than the imported models we've seen in the past.

While Honda has remained tight-lipped about the official launch timeline and prices, a Reddit post doing the rounds online appears to reveal when these products could arrive and how much they'll cost. Interestingly, the information shared in the post closely matches what our sources have been telling us regarding Honda's rollout plans.

Honda ADV160

The ADV160 is expected to be Honda's premium adventure-styled scooter for India. According to the Reddit post, it is likely to be priced at around Rs 1.7 lakh (ex-showroom) and is expected to launch in November 2026.

At this price, it would sit well above its rivals, the Yamaha Aerox 155 and the Hero Xoom 160, while offering ADV-inspired styling and E85 compatibility.

Honda Rebel 300

Honda's entry-level cruiser is also expected to arrive in November 2026. The Reddit post suggests an expected price of Rs 2 lakh (ex-showroom).

If Honda manages to launch the Rebel 300 at this price, it could become one of the most affordable modern cruisers in the country and appeal to riders looking for a relaxed, easy-going motorcycle.

Honda XR 300L & XR 300 Rally

Adventure enthusiasts have been eagerly waiting for Honda to bring its dual-sport range to India, and that wait may finally end this year. Both the XR 300L and XR 300 Rally are expected to launch in November 2026, with an expected starting price of around Rs 1.8 lakh (ex-showroom).

At this price point, Honda could offer one of the most affordable lightweight adventure motorcycles in the Indian market and a true alternative to the Hero Xpulse 210.

Honda CB500

Unlike the other models, the Reddit image doesn't mention a price for the CB500. However, based on our estimates, we expect Honda to price it at around Rs 2.8 lakh (ex-showroom).

Our sources also say that the motorcycle is likely to launch in November 2026, making it part of Honda's year-end product offensive.

Honda Rebel 500

The Rebel 500 could be one of the biggest highlights of Honda's upcoming line-up. According to the leaked image, the India-made motorcycle will cost 25 percent less than the earlier CBU model, which was priced at Rs 5.5 lakh (ex-showroom).

That works out to an expected price of around Rs 4.12 lakh (ex-showroom), representing a substantial reduction that could make the cruiser far more accessible to buyers.

Both the Reddit post and our sources suggest that the Rebel 500 will arrive slightly later than the other models, with an expected launch in February 2027.

BikeDekho Says

If these expected prices turn out to be accurate, Honda appears to have struck a good balance between affordability and positioning. The Rebel 300, XR 300 range, CB500 and especially the Rebel 500 look particularly well-priced, with the latter becoming significantly more accessible than the earlier imported model. The only product that seems slightly expensive is the ADV160, but considering it will be E85 compatible, it is still alright. That said, with launches expected to begin in November, enthusiasts won't have to wait much longer to find out how close these leaked prices are to the real thing. The only two-wheeler that would still be awaiting an India launch from the recently unveiled range would be the QC3 electric scooter.
