9 Home Remedies To Ease And Reduce Menstrual Cramps Or Period Pain

Soak some fennel seeds in a glass of water overnight and drink it early in the morning by mixing honey to it. Another formula is, grate a small piece of ginger into hot water for a warm period cramp relieving drink. Turmeric helps get rid of the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome.
