In an interview with the media, Aamir Khan said, "I consider myself very lucky to have met Gauri. She's wonderful, and I feel at peace with her. Although I had deep relationships with Kiran Rao and Reena Dutta, they didn't last long. Now, I feel like Gauri's arrival has made my life complete." Aamir Khan, while sharing his life experiences, also said that he doesn't believe in perfection. According to him, everyone makes mistakes, and accepting them is the way to move forward. Aamir admitted that during the first 30-35 years of his career, he was so dedicated to his work that he didn't give enough time to his family and loved ones. This was his biggest mistake.

When work came to a standstill during the COVID-19 pandemic, Aamir had a chance to rethink his life. He said, "At that time, I realized that I had lost a lot in my life that I can't get back. Since then, I've started to value my relationships more, and now I'm trying to correct that mistake."

Personal life

Talking about Aamir Khan's personal life, he was first married to Reena Dutta in 1986, with whom he has two children, Junaid and Ayra. They separated in 2002. Aamir then married director Kiran Rao in 2005, but they also divorced in 2021. However, they are co-parenting their son, Azad.

Aamir Khan first introduced Gauri Spratt to the media on his 60th birthday last March. Since then, the two have been seen together at several events, further fueling speculation about their relationship.
