"Dacoit Ek Prem Katha"tells the complex and emotional story of Hari (Adivi Sesh) and Saraswati, also known as Juliet (Mrunal Thakur). Saraswati, a girl from a wealthy family, dreams of becoming a doctor after completing her MBBS, while Hari, despite being less educated and from a lower caste, is smart and emotional. Deep love blossoms between them, and they live a secret relationship for years, but one fateful night changes everything. Their love story, which seems like a Romeo-Juliet tale, gradually turns into a tale of betrayal and revenge. The twist in the story comes when Hari, who has been in prison for 13 years, appears to hate his Juliet. What happened that night? Why does Hari harbor so much hatred, and what connection does Anurag Kashyap have to their relationship? The film revolves around these questions.

Acting (Dacoit Movie Performances)
Adivi Sesh appears in every frame of the film and certainly tries to make his role unique, but his performance is somewhat inconsistent at points. The strongest performance in the film comes from Mrunal Thakur, who brilliantly portrays her emotional role and steals several scenes. Anurag Kashyap's role is decent, but audiences expecting too much from him will be disappointed. Prakash Raj, Sunil, and Atul Kulkarni are decent in their roles. All the other actors are okay.
Direction
"Dakait Ek Prem Katha" is directed by Shaneel Dev. He attempts to unravel the story in multiple layers, but the first half feels slow and tedious. The second half gives the story a better pace and moves it forward. The screenplay's vacillations do weaken the film's grip at points. The cinematography is excellent, and the visual treatment makes the film quite engaging.

Music
The film's music is quite boring. The background score is an asset to Dacoit. The Kannepetaro remix is well-used. However, Pawan Singh's song "Touch Buddy" also sounds fun on the big screen.
How is the story of the film?
Ek Prem Katha is a film that attempts to present the complexities of relationships and life in a different and fresh way. The film boasts some powerful and emotional moments, with a strong cast, but the screenplay's weak grip and uneven pacing prevent it from becoming even better. Overall, it's a quiet, sensitive, and simple love story that's worth watching once, but it's not a film that will last.
