Now, Shabir Ahluwalia has returned with the new show 'O Humnava - Tum Dena Saath Mera', which brings a fresh emotional story of love, relationships, and human bonds. Shabir Ahluwalia on his character 'Rakhshit'

Actor Shabir Ahluwalia spoke about his character 'Rakhshit' and said, 'He is not a green flag, he is a green forest… but the sad part is that he is like a magical forest you cannot enter. He has the ability to love and be loved, but he cannot fall in love himself.'

He also explained the difference between himself and his character, saying, 'For Rakhshit, falling in love is difficult because his life experiences are very different from mine. For me, falling in love has been easy… the difference is that we both are loving people, but one can love and the other cannot.'

Talking about the show, he added, 'Our star cast is amazing and Sriti and I are working together after a long time. This will be a 'love story on steroids', and the audience will see a lot of emotions and drama.'

Sriti Jha spoke about her character 'Aparajita' and described her as a strong yet sensitive woman. She said, 'She lives for her family while keeping her own pain aside. Her life is full of struggles, yet she is always there for everyone.'

She further added, 'Her biggest strength is her ability to smile. Despite so many difficulties, she continues to be good to others, which is very inspiring.'

When asked what she would like to take from her character, she said, 'I would like to adopt her strength of smiling in my own life.'

Producer Prateek Sharma on the show

Producer Prateek Sharma shared his journey and said,'I came to Mumbai from Indore in 2010 and started working as a creative intern with Star. Today, creating a show for the same platform feels like a proud moment.'

He also spoke about the story, saying, 'We are not trying to show something different; we are simply telling stories that exist in every home-love, conflict, dreams, and real relationships.'

'Heads Up' game enjoyed by the team

At the end of the event, Shabir Ahluwalia and Sriti Jha teamed up to play the 'Heads Up' game, where they had to act out relationship-related words like 'flying kiss', 'proposal', 'family', and 'friendship'. The game ended in a tie, and both teams thoroughly enjoyed it. The audience also applauded enthusiastically.
