Hyderabad’s Karmjeeth Singh Soni has officially been recognized as India’s No.1 Bodybuilder, marking a historic milestone in Indian bodybuilding.
The Mr India 2026 Championship, scheduled to be conducted by the Indian Federation of Bodybuilding and Men’s Physique on 2nd May 2026 in Chennai, was cancelled after multiple athletes failed to clear the mandatory drug testing procedures.
In recognition of the exceptional dedication, discipline, and unwavering commitment displayed by the athletes, the Indian board officially declared Karmjeeth Singh Soni as the champion, acknowledging his extraordinary 100% winning record over the past five years.
Having secured the All India 3rd ranking in 2025, Karmjeeth has now achieved the nation’s highest honour in bodybuilding by officially claiming the No.1 position in India — a remarkable achievement that reflects his relentless hard work, consistency, and excellence in the sport.
