Arvind SmartSpaces Limited, a prominent real estate developer under the Lalbhai group, has announced the acquisition of a new residential high-rise project in Whitefield, Bengaluru.
The project, located in the Nagondanahalli area, boasts a saleable area of approximately 2.5 lakh square feet and is projected to generate a top-line potential of ₹330 crore.
This marks Arvind SmartSpaces' 11th high-rise project in Bengaluru since entering the market in 2013. The company has already delivered six projects in the region, with nine more in various stages of development. The new acquisition follows a recent addition on Sarjapur Road, further cementing the company's presence in the dynamic Bengaluru real estate market.
Priyansh Kapoor, Managing Director and CEO of Arvind SmartSpaces, highlighted the strong performance of the company's vertical development portfolio in FY26. Kapoor noted that with this latest addition, the cumulative new business development top-line potential for the year has reached approximately ₹2,840 crore, with the three new Bengaluru projects contributing ₹1,740 crore.
Arvind SmartSpaces, established in 2008, is part of the Lalbhai Group's 128-year legacy. The company is headquartered in Ahmedabad and has a significant presence in major Indian cities, including Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Baroda, Bengaluru, MMR, and Pune.
