Lee Heeseung, a founding member of global K-pop sensation ENHYPEN, has officially launched his solo career under the new stage name EVAN, unveiling fresh profile photos that signal a sleek, mature new chapter.
The images were shared Wednesday by Pop Crave, a leading entertainment news account. In one black-and-white close-up, EVAN appears with tousled dark hair, a white crew-neck T-shirt, and a silver chain necklace, gazing intently off-camera with a quiet intensity. The second color shot shows him in a full-body pose by a sunlit window, wearing the same casual white tee and jeans, exuding effortless confidence and a refined, understated style.
The move follows BELIFT LAB's announcement on March 10 that Heeseung would exit ENHYPEN's lineup to pursue solo activities while staying with the HYBE subsidiary label. The 23-year-old vocalist-whose English name is Evan Lee-has long been celebrated as ENHYPEN's main vocalist and one of its most recognizable faces since the group's 2020 debut on the survival show I-LAND.
Fans have flooded social media with reactions ranging from excitement for his independent journey to nostalgia for his group era. Many are already calling the new look a strong visual reset for his solo era.
No official debut date or music details have been released yet, but the profile refresh suggests EVAN's solo project is well underway. ENHYPEN continues as a six-member group, with Heeseung's departure allowing him to explore personal artistry beyond the band's high-energy concept.
