The approval also covers the internal restructuring of the Lemon Tree Hotels group through amalgamation and demerger.

The company stated that the detailed order from the CCI is currently awaited. The approval follows a prior intimation made by the company on January 9, 2026, and marks a significant milestone towards consummation of the proposed transactions. Lemon Tree Hotels stated it will take necessary steps to complete the transactions in accordance with applicable laws.
