Muthoot Finance Limited has announced a board meeting scheduled for 10th April 2026 to consider the declaration of an interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26. The meeting will take place at The Muthoot Group's office located at NH Bypass, Kochi.
In compliance with Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company has set 13th April 2026 as the record date for determining shareholder entitlements to the interim dividend. This date is contingent upon the board's approval of the dividend.
Shareholders eligible for the interim dividend will include those whose names appear as beneficial owners in the list provided by the depositories for shares held in electronic form, as well as members listed in the company's Register of Members for shares held in physical form, as of the close of business on 13th April 2026.
Should the interim dividend be declared, Muthoot Finance has committed to distributing the dividend to shareholders within 30 days of the declaration.
