NBCC (India) Limited has signed two Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) as of 11 April 2026. These agreements aim to enhance collaboration in urban development and project funding.
The first MoU focuses on the redevelopment of the August Kranti Bhawan located at Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi. Under this agreement, NBCC and HUDCO will collaborate on the redevelopment of a leasehold plot measuring approximately 18,830 square metres at Block No. 25, August Kranti Bhawan. NBCC will provide services including a techno-economic feasibility study, construction and project management, and monetisation of the built-up space.
The second MoU involves HUDCO providing funds for NBCC's ongoing and upcoming projects under its self-sustainable model. This partnership aims to leverage the strengths of both organisations to undertake asset monetisation activities. NBCC will offer project management and marketing consultancy services, while HUDCO will provide the necessary funding on mutually agreed terms.
These partnerships are expected to expedite project execution, enhance asset value, and contribute significantly to urban infrastructure development. The MoUs are part of NBCC's regular business activities.
