Kolkata Knight Riders struggled with the ball as they collapsed early but recovered to post 155/7. It was Mohsin Khan who put KKR into great difficulty by picking up 5 wickets and at one point KKR was tottering at 73/6. KKR secured the win with the help of Rinku Singh who smashed a boundary on the first ball to hand his side a memorable win over LSG which continued their losing streak. Rinku Singh was awarded Player of the match for his all-round performance.
