JAMMU, July 30: Heritage School has been honoured with the prestigious Recognition of International Dimension in Schools (RIDS) Award by British Council India at a ceremony held at New Delhi.
The award was presented by Tania Sabharwal, Director, Business Development (India, Sri Lanka & Nepal), British Council, to Principal Akash Pradhan and RIDS Coordinator Shalini Samnotra.
As per the handout, this marks the fourth consecutive recognition for Heritage School, highlighting its commitment to promoting global learning and international perspectives in education. The school's year-long initiative included seven major activities and 21 cross-curricular projects involving students from Kindergarten to Class XII, along with collaborations with international partner schools in Australia and the UAE. The school achieved a perfect score of 100% in evaluation and has been enrolled in the British Council's RIDS Programme for the 2026-2029 cycle.
