Kolkata, April 7: The Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science (IACS) has announced recruitment for various positions, including five Assistant roles.

IACS is seeking applications for a total of 10 positions, comprising five Assistants and five Multi-Tasking Staff (General). Candidates must be at least 18 years old, with a maximum age limit ranging from 25 to 30 years, depending on the position. Age calculations will be based on May 15. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per regulations.

Selection will be based on a written examination, skill test, computer-based test, screening/physical efficiency test (PET), and document verification. Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹44,900, depending on the position.

Applicants must pay the prescribed application fee based on their category: ₹1,000 for General/OBC/EWS candidates and ₹500 for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe and female candidates.
