HYDERABAD: An awareness meeting on the Transferable Development Rights (TDR) process for landowners affected by the Rajiv Rahadari Elevated Corridor project will be held at the Hyderabad Collectorate on Thursday.
Special deputy collector (land acquisition) Aparna said the meeting, which would be chaired by collector Dr Priyanka Ala, was aimed at explaining the TDR process and new regulations to the concerned landowners and addressing any queries.
The elevated corridor project is being taken up on SH-01 from Paradise junction to Shameerpet. All concerned landowners have been asked to attend the meeting to get the details about the revised government orders.
Under the revised regulations, TDR certificates will be issued online by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) when land is required or surrendered for HMDA projects. The certificates can be utilised or transferred anywhere within the HMDA limits, subject to Telangana Building Rules and other applicable regulations.
