Mumbai: A fire broke out in an SHP platform in the Mumbai High oilfields off the Mumbai coast on Friday, leaving at least 10 persons injured.
The Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd has confirmed the incident.
ONGC officials said that the fire incident was reported at around 1745 hrs at ONGC's SHP Platform, Mumbai High Asset.
The situation was promptly brought under control and the fire extinguished, officials said.
