The remains of two people have been recovered from the Patapsco River near where a Baltimore bridge collapsed, media reports said on Wednesday.

Governor Wes Moore ordered the Maryland Flag lowered to half-staff effective immediately. It will remain at half-staff until further notice: Maryland Secretary of State, reports said.
