Bengaluru: The Karnataka Lokayukta on Friday morning launched surprise raids in different parts of the state in connection with disproportionate assets cases.

Senior Lokayukta police officers said that the premises belonging to seven government officials were being raided: two each in Bengaluru and Belagavi, and one each in Chitradurga, Raichur and Bagalkot.

Details on seizures were awaited, the officials said.
