Google Maps is one of the most popular navigation mobile applications on both Android and iOS platforms worldwide. It boasts of a vibrant, colourful user interface and numerous value-added features such as narrow road alerts, precise flyover turn guide, and more.

Now, Google Maps is about to become even better with the all-new 3D route view feature, the biggest update we have seen in a decade.

Called Immersive Navigation, users will be able to see roads in a three-dimensional view and tall buildings will be in a see-through view, so that the driver can visualise where exactly to take turns with minimal effort.
