Infinix on Monday (April 13) unveiled the new mid-range Note 60 Pro series in India.

Besides the reliable Qualcomm chipset, a notable aspect of the Note 60 Pro is the Active Matrix LED display near the primary camera module in the top left corner of the back.

It is similar to the Glyph Matrix feature of the original Nothing Phone 3 (review) and Phone (4a) Pro models.

The Infinix phone features 288 independent LED pixels to deliver enhanced visibility and dynamic lighting patterns. It is more expressive and offers customisable flash notifications.

The Active Matrix Display lets users check alerts such as messages or calls, time, weather, charging status and more.

Users can also adjust brightness levels through in-device settings for better visibility across different environments. The feature includes Matrix Studio for customised lighting patterns, along with Pixel Pets and mini-games such as Dosh Dash and Star Blast.

On the front, it houses a 6.78-inch 1.5K (2644 × 1208p) 3D curved AMOLED screen with 144Hz refresh rate, up to 4500 nits peak brightness.

It comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 7i shield, IP64 dust and water splash-resistant rating, dual-SIM slots (type: nano), JBL-tuned dual stereo speakers, IR sensor and an in-display fingerprint sensor.
