Last week, OnePlus launched the premium mid-range Nord 6 series smartphone in India.
It is available in two configurations-- 8GB RAM + 246GB and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage-- at Rs 38,999 and Rs 41,999, respectively.

Users can programme it to perform operations such as turn on silent/night mode, do not disturb, camera, shortcut to take screenshots, take voice memo, torch, and Mind Space, an AI feature. The latter can assist users in recording on-screen information, which can be recalled to work on a project. It can scan what's appearing on the phone's screen, offer insights, and, if required, be able to add them to a to-do list.
The rest of the device has the same standard buttons and ports we see in any conventional phone. It has a power and volume rocker on the right side.
It has a speaker, a microphone and a Type-C USB port at the base. And, at the top, it features a microphone, a proximity sensor and an IR blaster.
The device comes in three colours-- Quick Silver, Fresh Mint, and Pitch Black.

The display is protected by a Crystal Guard Glass shield and comes with an IP66/68/69/69K rating and military-grade MIL-STD-810H durability certification. Add to that, the company offers a free cover case.
It sports a 6.78-inch ( 2772 x 1272 pixels) 1.5K AMOLED display with up to 165Hz dynamic refresh rate, and up to 3600 nits peak brightness. The screen is really good for multimedia consumption and playing graphics-rich games.
And, the in-display optical fingerprint sensor works smoothly with a low false rejection rate.
