Q1 When did you discover the love for music? 

My journey with music started in class 10th when my brother was selected in the school's music group. He really has a very great voice and through him, I started feeling and understanding music. I look around and started analyzing about the need for a music platform and other talent platforms.

Q2.Tell us about talantoncore INDIA and your plans?

As said "need of talent platform" , TalantonCore INDIA is a first in kind talent platform in India that aims to only uplift the talent and giving all a global platform to represent themselves.

Our motto/ tag line also stated the same i.e. "My Talent My Power". I started Talantoncore when I was in class 10th, unlike others who are interested more in studies, I rather take the step of establishing a national talent platform. Lots of issues came and of course being a minor no one except a few supported me throughout the journey. Recently we have launched Talantoncore Music, as an independent music label under Talantoncore for focusing more and more deeply on the musical roots of our talented nation. We are directly focusing on the roots and opened TCMusic for all who have a talent and have full confidence in their singing. Through TCMusic we have planned to direct launch the artist through a global launch program named TC Launchpad Program.

Q3. explain about your career and the challenges that you faced starting your career.

Being a minor and especially a middle-class man it's very difficult for me to rise Talantoncore. Of course the main was the financial as well as team support. Just asking friends and family members to help is not enough. But, I was a bit lucky, our artists themselves joined TC and now we have a great family of great artists all over the nation.

Q4.What are your future plans? 

As for the future, our first target will be on the music field and afterward we have a plan to organize a national open talent reunited, where we are aiming to unite all the artists from all over the field in one place. We wanted everyone to give a chance to show themselves, without any society or financial pressure. Also, we have planned to introduce our experts who will guide and train the artist in their respective fields. 

Q5.Tell us one thing which you feel that sets you apart from other talent company

I think calling Talantoncore a company is not okay, it's a platform that has an aim to integrate and unite all talents. Still, at this time in our country not everyone has a reach to participate in any TV reality show, or even many don't have a smartphone to record their talent and upload it on social media. For this, we have planned to go and follow up with each and every talent and working on Non-Discriminate policy we will only consider the talent, not the face or background. From organizing to launching, we will make it possible so that each and everyone can feel proud of themselves.

Q6.What is music to you? Making a career in music how has been the journey so far? 

For me, music is the only way to connect each other soul's. We can't express but fell the music. Each musical notes and instruments have a specific importance on our body and mind. I can't express but I hope you could understand what I am trying to say..

Q7. career advice for upcoming singers.

I am not so good in giving advice, but one important advice is, " just have faith on yourself and your calibre" if you are 100% that you can do it, trust me no one can stop you. Just go on the right path, and if you feel you are doing wrong just think how you started, everything will be solved.

Q8. can you introduce your team and how are your days planned

I don't have a big team and support like others, but yeah one of my greatest friend who is also the Managing Director of TalantonCore INDIA is Divyansh Dhasmana. He's really amazing and supporting, from finance to plans I trust him. Just say him what's the issue, he have a solution ready.Other is my brother kartik Koacher, the one behind me... I now can openly say, without him and his support I was nothing. Not just a friend but he's more than my family. So I would like to say thank you to everyone who supported me and specially kartik and Divyansh.

Q9. What was your experience with Vusic Records 

We really have a great experience with Vusicrecords. Being a Indian organization, they are doing a great job in the music field. I specially thanks Mohit from Vusicrecord to taking care of backend and solving everything with their amazing team.

Q10.why do you think Indian artists need an indie-label and distributor partner who understands India and the specific need of Indian musicians breaking nepotism 

Every platform or Indian labels who are focused on the talent rather than their family background can solve the issue of nepotism. Not only TalantonCore, but it's responsibility of every label and platform to promote the talent of India not the family...
