Dhurandhar Box Office Collection Day 43:Ranveer Singh's spy action thriller Dhurandhar continues to hold firm at the box office.
Even in its seventh week, the film is performing better than new releases that arrived in cinemas on Friday (January 16). While the numbers are lower than its opening weeks, the Day 43 collection shows that audience interest remains strong.
Released on December 5, 2025, Dhurandhar has faced constant competition from Bollywood, regional, and international films. Despite this, it has managed to retain screens and steady footfalls. This Friday, two new Hindi films (Happy Patel Khatarnak Jasoos starring Vir Das and Rahu Ketu led by Pulkit Samrat and Varun Sharma) entered theatres. However, neither could beat Dhurandhar's performance on its seventh Friday.
Dhurandhar Box Office Collection Day 43
According to Sacnilk early estimates, Dhurandhar earned around Rs 1.65 crore on Day 43. While the film is now earning in single digits, it had collected close to Rs 3 crore over the previous two days. This indicates that weekday collections are still stable.
With this, the film's total net collection in India stands at approximately Rs 818.25 crore.
What stands out is that Dhurandhar earned more than both new releases on the same day. Happy Patel: Khatarnak Jasoos opened at around Rs 1.25 crore, while Rahu Ketu collected close to Rs 1 crore. Despite being in its seventh week, Ranveer Singh's film stayed ahead of both.
The film has also reportedly performed better than SS Rajamouli's RRR in the Hindi version on a comparable day.

Ranveer Singh Starrer Goes Strong In India Amid Pushpa 2's Japan Release
Interestingly, Dhurandhar's Day 43 performance in India coincided with the re-release of Pushpa 2 in Japan on January 16. The film was released there under the title Pushpa Kunrin. On its opening day in Japan, Pushpa 2 reportedly earned around Rs 40 lakh. On the same day, Dhurandhar earned Rs 1.65 crore in India.
However, this isn’t a direct comparison as both the figures come from different markets. Comparing collections across countries does not give a clear picture of performance. A fair comparison would only be possible once Dhurandhar is released in Japan, which has not happened yet.
About Dhurandhar
Directed by Aditya Dhar, Dhurandhar stars Ranveer Singh as Jaskirat Singh Rangi, a prisoner recruited by RAW for a dangerous undercover mission. Using the alias Hamza Ali Mazari, he infiltrates Karachi's criminal underworld to break a terror network linked to the ISI and the Lyari mafia.
The film is inspired by real-life events such as the IC-814 hijacking and the 2001 Indian Parliament attack. The cast includes Akshaye Khanna as antagonist Rehman Dakait, R Madhavan as IB chief Ajay Sanyal, along with Sanjay Dutt and Arjun Rampal.
With a runtime of around 214 minutes, Dhurandhar is among the longest Hindi films made. Produced on an estimated budget of Rs 250-300 crore, covering both parts of the franchise, the film has turned into a major box office success. As of now, it has grossed over Rs 1,313 crore worldwide.
Following its strong theatrical run, Dhurandhar is set to stream on Netflix from January 30, 2026. The sequel, Dhurandhar Part 2 – The Revenge, is scheduled to release in theatres on March 19, 2026.
