Widely Accessible Educational Resource

These comics are published by the Directorate of Public Relations, Publication & Publicity, and can be downloaded for free from the Income Tax Department's official website.

The CBSE has urged all affiliated schools to disseminate these comics to students, teachers, and parents and incorporate them into classroom activities and discussions. This will foster a sense of responsible citizenship and a culture of tax compliance among children.

Promoting Responsible Citizenship and Financial Literacy

This entertaining and educational blend of comics inspires children to become financially literate and responsible citizens. The Motu Patlu series introduces them to civic duties and financial responsibilities in a lighthearted yet impactful way.
