Amagi posts Rs 34 Cr profit and Rs 397 Cr revenue in first quarterly results after listing

Bengaluru-based SaaS firm Amagi has reported its first quarterly results after going public, posting a 28.5% year-on-year growth in revenue along with back-to-back quarterly profits in Q4 FY26.

Amagi's operating revenue grew to Rs 397 crore in Q4 FY26 from Rs 308.9 crore in Q4 FY25, according to its consolidated financial statements filed with the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

For the full fiscal year ending March 2026, the company's operating revenue increased 29.5% to Rs 1,505.6 crore from Rs 1,162.6 crore in FY25.

Employee benefit expenses remained the company's largest cost component in Q4 FY26, which rose to Rs 188 crore, while the overall expenses for the company saw a 16.1% increase to Rs 381 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to Rs 328 crore in Q4 FY25.

The company posted a profit of Rs 34.3 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to a loss of Rs 10.6 crore in Q4 FY25. On a sequential basis, profit increased 10.7% from Rs 31 crore recorded in Q3 FY26. For the full fiscal year (FY26), its profits stood at Rs 71.6 crore, compared to a loss of Rs 68.7 crore in FY25.

Amagi was listed on the stock exchanges in January this year through its Rs 1,789 crore initial public offering. The company debuted at a 12% discount to its issue price. As of today (11:52 AM), Amagi's shares were trading at Rs 414.65, taking its total market capitalization to Rs 8,791 crore.
