Consumer appliances brand Atomberg Technologies has reshuffled roles among its founders, with Manoj Meena transitioning to Chairman and Managing Director, while Sibabrata (Shibam) Das has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, according to a LinkedIn post by Meena.
Das, who has been part of the leadership team, will now lead the company's consumer appliances business, including fans, water purifiers, and kitchen appliances, and will oversee day to day operations.
Meena, who earlier served as CEO, will focus on Atomberg Innovation as its CEO, a subsidiary working on motors, drives, and cooling technologies for applications beyond appliances.
The leadership change separates responsibilities across the company's core consumer business and its technology led innovation vertical.
Atomberg's product portfolio includes energy efficient brushless direct current BLDC and smart fans, mixer grinders, smart locks, water purifiers, and juicers. The sale of these products is the company's sole source of revenue.
Atomberg has raised over $150 million to date, including its most recent $24 million round raised earlier in December, led by Temasek, with participation from co-founders Manoj Kumar Meena and Sibabrata Das. Entrackr exclusively reported the funding.
Reportedly, Atomberg is eyeing a Rs 2,000 crore $220 million initial public offering IPO and is expected to list on the Indian stock market during the January to March quarter of FY26. The company has also appointed Avendus and IIFL as bankers for the IPO.
