Quick commerce startup BazaarNow is set to raise Rs 72.3 crore (approximately $7.8 million) in its Series A round led by Peak XV Partners, with participation from existing investors Whiteboard Capital and Antler.

The board of BazaarNow has passed a resolution to approve the issuance of 8,123 CCPS at an issue price of Rs 88,851.94 each to the above-mentioned sum, according to its filing with the Registrar of Companies (RoC).

Peak XV Partners is set to lead the round with an investment of Rs 53.92 crore, followed by existing investors Whiteboard Capital and Antler, contributing Rs 7.2 crore and Rs 7 crore, respectively. The remaining capital will come from Nirman Ventures and a group of angel investors, including Vidit Aatrey, founder and CEO of Meesho.

As per Entrackr's estimates, the company's valuation will surge to around Rs 270 crore post-money from nearly Rs 40 crore in its seed round. The proceeds will be used for meeting working capital requirements and other general corporate purposes.

In December 2025, as per regulatory filings, the company had previously raised Rs 7.82 crore in its seed round led by Antler and Whiteboard Capital.

Launched in January 2026, BazaarNow is a Bengaluru-based quick commerce startup founded by former Zepto executives Priyanshu Jain, Arjun Harish, and Tarithnay Mandal. The company offers sub-10-minute delivery of groceries, daily essentials, and higher-margin categories through a network of dark stores, and is currently operational in select areas of Bengaluru.

BazaarNow competes in India's rapidly growing quick commerce market dominated by players such as Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and Zepto, while newer entrants including Flipkart Minutes and Amazon Now are also expanding aggressively.
