AI based parking management startup Get My Parking is set to raise Rs 40 crore (approximately $4.21 million) in an extended Series A round from existing investor IvyCap Ventures.
The funding comes more than a year after the company raised $2.5 million in its Series A round in June 2025, led by IvyCap Ventures.
The company's board has passed a resolution to issue 7,261 Series A3 compulsorily convertible preference shares (CCPS) at an issue price of Rs 55,088 each to raise Rs 40 crore, according to its regulatory filing accessed by Entrackr.
According to Entrackr's estimates, the round values Get My Parking at around Rs 375 crore, up from Rs 335 crore in the previous round. The proceeds will be used to fund the company's business operations.
Founded in 2015 by Chirag Jain and Rasik Pansare, Get My Parking offers AI and IoT powered parking management solutions that enable operators to digitize parking facilities with features such as automated entry, digital payments, and real time parking availability.
The Bengaluru based company has raised over $12.5 million to date. Following the investment, IvyCap Ventures will remain the largest external shareholder with a 31.43% stake in the company.
Get My Parking is yet to file its FY26 financial statements. For the fiscal year ended March 2025, its operating revenue grew 22.6% to Rs 36.04 crore, while losses widened 66.2% to Rs 10.87 crore.
