Former Dunzo co-founder Kabeer Biswas is raising Rs 102 crore (around $11 million) for his new startup M from Peak XV Partners, Blume Ventures and Kunal Shah's CRED (Dreamplug Technologies).
M, co-founded by Kabeer Biswas and Kartik Mishra, is building a consumer AI startup. According to its LinkedIn profile, it aims to reduce the friction of managing a home by automating decisions, coordination, and everyday services.
Incorporated in 2025 as Curious Digital Pvt Ltd, the company's board has approved issuing 54,956 Series Seed CCPS at Rs 18,577 each to raise the planned funding, according to regulatory filings reviewed by Entrackr.
Peak XV Partners will lead the round with an investment of Rs 46.4 crore ($5 million), while Blume Ventures and CRED will join in with Rs 37.12 crore ($4 million) and Rs 18.56 crore ($2 million), respectively.
The company has already received Rs 83.53 crore (nearly $9 million), while rest of the funds will be expected shortly, according to its filings.
According to Entrackr's estimates, the Bengaluru-based firm will be valued at Rs 300 crore post-money.
Post allotment, Peak XV Partners will hold 15.47%, while Blume Ventures and CRED will own 12.37% and 6.19%, respectively. Co-founders Kabeer Biswas and Kartik Mishra hold 3.1% each, while 38.67% is held by the PVK Family Trust, likely controlled by the founders and their families.
Importantly, the company has also set aside a large ESOP pool of 21.11%.
Kabeer Biswas, who previously led Dunzo, which was funded by Reliance Retail, and later headed Flipkart's quick commerce initiative Flipkart Minutes until October 2025, has now co-founded M, an AI led consumer services startup.
